1. General Use
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.
• You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
2. Permanent Jewelry Services
• Non-Refundable Services: Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on welded jewelry.
• Repair Policy: If your jewelry breaks due to a welding issue within 7 days of purchase, we offer a free re-weld. After this period, repair fees may apply.
• Removal & Adjustments: If you wish to remove your permanent jewelry, it can be safely cut with scissors. We do not offer re-welding for removed jewelry unless otherwise specified.
• Allergic Reactions: Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials, but we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
3. Custom Orders & Products
• Production & Shipping: Custom jewelry orders require additional time for production and shipping. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
• Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns on custom jewelry. If there is a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Pricing & Availability: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
4. Booking & Appointments
• Deposits: Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Arrivals & No-Shows: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. No-shows forfeit any deposits paid.
5. Payment & Billing
• Accepted Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
• Chargebacks & Fraud: Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. We reserve the right to refuse service if fraud is suspected.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content on our Site, including images, logos, text, and designs, is owned by Everlinked Jewels and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

At Everlinked Jewels, we take pride in offering high-quality permanent jewelry and custom pieces. Due to the nature of our products and services, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please review the details below before making a purchase.
1. Permanent Jewelry Services (Welded Jewelry)
• All Sales Are Final: Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded onto the wearer, making it non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Repair Policy: If your jewelry breaks due to a welding issue within 7 days of purchase, we offer a free re-weld. After this period, repair fees may apply.
• Adjustments: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind about your jewelry style or fit after it has been welded.
2. Custom Jewelry & Personalized Orders
• No Returns or Exchanges: Custom and personalized jewelry pieces are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
3. Standard Jewelry & Accessories
• Return Eligibility: Non-custom jewelry (excluding permanent jewelry) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: Earrings, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Booking Deposits & Cancellations
• Non-Refundable Deposits: Some appointments require a deposit, which is non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your deposit is forfeited.
5. Refund Processing
• Refunds (if applicable) are issued in the original payment method or store credit within 5-7 business days after approval.
• We do not offer cash refunds unless required by law.
